As Idaho's next Supreme Court Justice I will apply the Constitution as written. My service in the Idaho State Senate has deepened my respect for the separation of power between the branches. I will not legislate from the bench. I will interpret the law, not try to invent it. I will treat everyone fairly under the law, without bias.
